Terms of service

Rebel Tools is operated by REBEL AGENCY. “We” and “us” mean REBEL AGENCY; “you” means the account holder.

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to defraud us or a payment provider, or resells access without agreement.

Tokens are prepaid credit for using the tools on this platform. They are not money, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable between accounts. Tokens do not expire.

A token balance is charged when a job completes or a purchase is delivered. If a job fails on our side, the tokens return to your balance.

Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your card or wallet details.

Because delivery is immediate and digital, top-ups are generally non-refundable once tokens are credited. Where an order fails and the tokens are not returned automatically, contact us and we will put it right.

You may not use the platform to break the law, to impersonate another person or business, or to target individuals with harassment.

Some tools interact with third-party platforms that have their own terms. You are responsible for your use of those platforms and for any action they take against accounts you control. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, how a third-party platform responds.

Tools depend on upstream suppliers and third-party APIs. We show the current status of each tool in the app and take tools offline for maintenance when a supplier is unreliable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the tokens on your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
